St. Clares provides Hospice care for adults. Based in Jarrow in purpose-built facilities we offer a range of flexible services to families South of the Tyne.
We follow a holistic approach that aims to address not just physical symptoms, but also spiritual and emotional needs too.
We are a registered charity and our annual running costs exceed £1.75 million – of which over £1.1 million must be raised through voluntary giving. We make no charge for any of our services, ensuring Hospice care is available to everyone.
