Every Year ordinary supporters of St. Clare’s Hospice help us to give extraordinary care to adults of all ages, from every part of our community.

During Make A Will Month participating solicitors in our area have agreed to give their time and expertise freely and all we ask is that you consider making a donation to the Hospice of £50 for a single Will and £75 for a pair of matching Wills.

Writing a Will ensures your loved ones are taken care of, and that your wishes in life are carried out after you’ve gone. So if the time is right for you to make your Will, please utilise St. Clare’s Hospice Make A Will Month, ensuring that we can extend our services and care for future generations.

If you’ve already made a Will you can add a gift to St. Clare’s by drawing up a codicil (simple addition to your will).

There is no obligation to leave anything in your Will to St. Clare’s Hospice or to any other charity. However the smallest of gestures often make the biggest difference to people’s lives; even the smallest of gifts in your Will can ensure that we continue to make a big difference to our patients, helping them to make the most of the time they have with their loved ones.

You can arrange your appointment to take place at the Solicitors office. However, home visits may be available.

The scheme only runs during June and November so for a list of participating Solicitors simply contact the fundraising office as soon as possible, and then make sure you mention St Clare’s Hospice Make A Will Month when you make the appointment with the Solicitor.

Please contact the fundraising office on 0191 4516400 or email: fundraising@stclareshospice.co.uk for further information.
